Mrs. Lila Ang, 84, widow of Frank Ang, died at the home of a son, William H. Ang, 1795 McDonald Lane, after an illness of six months. She was a native of Hancock Chapel, Harrison County. Mrs. Ang was a member of Main Street Methodist Church. Survivors include three other sons, Clinton E. Ang, Louisville, and Charles M. and John A. Ang, both of New Albany; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel L. Cox, New Albany, and Mrs. Thelma V. Myers, Santa Ana, Calif.; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. - New Albany Tribune 11 Feb 1964
