Wilbert Leon Meyer, 92, of Memphis, died January 31, 2010 at. St. Francis Hospital. He was born in East St. Louis, IL and moved to Memphis in 1948 where he was in retail sales. Mr. Meyer was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Lois A. Meyer, and is survived by his son, Dr. Norman Meyer of Memphis and a nephew, Ronald Neeter of St. Louis, MO. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, February 3, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Poplar Avenue.
