Debby was borned in Monessen,Pennsylvania to Edwin and Cecila(wagner)Keaton.Her parents later divorced.Her Mother then married Bob Cappy Sr and Gave Birth to a Sister Shary,a Brother Bob jr,A sister Cecila(Holmes) and another Sister Felica (Holmes).Debby Married Fred Kwiatkowski in 1974 and Gave birth to a son Fred jr and a Daughter Dawn marie and a second daughter lorie.She also leaves behind 6 Grandchildren one of whom She raised from a baby and will miss her very much.Debby was a very caring and giving person and would much more give to others than herself.She loved to cook and bake and always had a loving home to visit.Debby passed away of Cancer at the age of 54.On January 23rd 2011.We who were all Blessed enough to have known Her will never forget her,She will be missed Dearly.Love You Deb..
