She was born February 2, 1926 in Sunflower, Mississippi, to the late Robert and Laura Henderson.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God in Lake City and enjoyed singing, cooking and helping others.
Survivors include seven children, Joyce Robins (Jerry) and Linda Canamore (Melvin) all of Lake City, Harold Chadwick (Selma) of Bono, Wilma Sheppard of Lake City, Phyllis Pemberton (Robert) of Bono, Phillip Chadwick (Sharon) of Little Rock and Jeffrey Chadwick of Brookland; two brothers, Homer Henderson and Morris Henderson and numerous grand-children, great-grand-children and great-great-grand-children.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lee Augustus "Bud" Chadwick; a son, Larry Dale Chadwick and a grandson, Jerry Robins; three sisters and a brother.
Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery near Walcott.
