OBITUARY
Funeral services for R. E. (Bob) HOOVER, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan HOOVER of Canadian, were at the First Presbyterian Church in Canadian. Rev. Burr Morris, pastor, will conduct the rites.
Mr. HOOVER, a native of Canadian and a former star athlete at Canadian High School, died at his home in Gardena, California, on March 27, 1960 after a heart attack.
He had lived in California for nearly twenty years. His body was returned to Canadian for funeral services and burial in the Canadian Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Lee Rowley GROHMAN, and one son, Billy Dan, of Gardena; his parents parents; an uncle, Ed HOOVER, and aunts, Louise HOOVER and Mrs. Ted GARVER, all of Canadian.
