Bernadette M. Adack, of Audubon, formerly of West Chester Bernadette M. Adack, 81, of Audubon, and formerly of Media and West Chester, passed away on January 13, 2011. Born in Amsterdam, N.Y. in 1929, Bernadette was the daughter of Stella (nee, Smiech) and William Slezak, both deceased. She was the beloved wife of the late Konstanty Adack. Bernadette is survived by her children, James V. Adack (Cheryl) of Waleska, Ga., Karen M. Cardilla (Tim Goodman) of Geneva, N.Y., Laura A. Huntley (Byrne) of Raleigh, N.C., Paul D. Adack (Tricia) of Phoenixville, Marianne C. Maye (Fran) of Kennett Square and Patricia J. Shipper (Paul) of Dover, Del. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 21, 2011 at St. Anastasia Church, Radnor Road & W. Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, where calling hours will be after 9:45 a.m. Interment Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
