Hold Last rites for Mrs. UHL
Services Conducted Sunday by the Rev. P. C. Kehle
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Bertha Uhl, at 3 p.m. from the home and 3:30 from the Scott St. church, Rev. Paul Kehle officiating.
Mrs. Uhl, who had been in poor health for several months, died at 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon at her home on West Fond du Lac St. She was a daughter of Michael and Henrietta Dosdall, pioneer residents of Green Lake, and was born July 8, 1859. She was married in 1881 to Charles Uhl of Warren, Ohio, who died in 1891. Mrs. Uhl had been a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church for over 50 years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. L. A. Fromholtz and one son, Bernard J. Uhl, both of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Amelia York, Hammond, Minn., and Mrs. Emma Doepke, Doylestown, and two grandchildren.
Burial was in Hillside cemetery.
