Alice Barker Mason Hone, 77, of Mapleton, died Wednesday, June 15, 1994, at Mountain View Hospital in Payson. She was born July 26, 1916, in Springville, Utah, to Alma Moroni and Rachel Zelma Averett Barker. She married James Elwood Mason. They were later divorced. She married David William Hone July 19, 1948. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti Temple in 1955.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Sterling A. Mason, Spencerport, New York; Colleen Mason Wilson, Mt. Pleasant; ten grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters: Jay (Lorraine) Barker, Payson; Dale K. (Lena Jean) Barker, Salt Lake City; Alma Andreason, Payson; Shurley Ivie, Springville.

Burial was June 20, 1994.
