He was born on Oct. 2, 2005, in Catania, Italy, the son of Jennifer (Gowen) and Shawn Benjamin. He had been attending Children's Odyssey in Portland for the past two years.
Isaac was a normal yet exceptional youngster who had a zest for life and enjoyed being a boy. Happy, trusting, gentle, outgoing, smiling are words that readily describe Isaac. He had a big heart to fit his big personality and easily introduced himself to anyone within range.
He will be remembered for his Wii talent, his wit - even at age 5, being a great dancer, adding drama when needed, having an inquisitive nature, paying attention to details and 'making a deal.'
