Mrs. Bean died Monday, March 23, 2009, in Standing Stone Care & Rehabilitation Services.
She was born March 16, 1923, in Putnam County to the late Luther and Beulah Ramsey King. Mrs. Bean was a homemaker and attended World Wide church of God.
Her family includes five sons and daughtersinlaw, Howard and Wanda Bean and Michael and Patricia Bean, all of Cookeville, David and Betty Bean and Paul and Willa Bean, all of Fairview, and Ralph and Cheryl Bean of Lebanon; a daughter, Geneva Bryant of Cookeville; two brothers, Shirley King of Cookeville and Robert Lee King of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; 14 grandchildren; and 20 greatgrandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Wilson Bean; a brother, Nelson King; and a soninlaw, James W. Bryant.
