Frank Kluzak of Bemidji, Minnesota passed away on Friday, March 15, 1974 at the age of 65 years in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Funeral services were held on Monday, March 18, 1974 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Bemidji, Minnesota with the Rev. R. T. Koehler officiating. Interment was at the Evergreen Cemetery in Beltrami County, Minnesota.

Frank Arthur Kluzak was born on the family farm near Tabor, Polk County, Minnesota on Tuesday, January 5, 1909, the son of Arthur and Anna (Sirek) Kluzak. He grew up in the Tabor community and attended country school there.

Frank met Elaine Meyer in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. They were married on November 26, 1935 in East Grand Forks. They resided in the area until 1942 when they purchased land in Northern Township of Beltrami County. They built their home, established their farm and lived and raised their family on the farm.

Frank is survived by his wife, Elaine; son, Duane; daughter, Judi; one grandson; 4 brothers, Albert, Clarence, Alvin and Stephen Kluzak and one step-brother, LeRoy Swartz.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents; two sons at birth; and one brother, Thomas.
