Peter Anderson was born on 29 Sep 1828 in Hestlund, Jyllan, Denmark to Anders Nielsen and Ane Johanne Pedersdatter. Peter Anderson married Jensine Tygesen in 5 Oct 1858 and from that marriage gave birth to three children while in Denmark, Jens Peter in 1859, Anna Marie in 1865 and Chresten in 1871. Peter emigrated to Concord on 15 Aug 1874 landing in Boston. His family followed two years later in 1876. A fourth child, John Peter Chresten was born in 1877. Peter Anderson died on 20 Dec 1915 in Westboro, Massachusetts from general arterosclerosis and was buried on 22 Dec 1915 next to his wife. There is no marker on his grave.
