He is survived by his wife: Robin Settle Fugate; parents: Franklin and Trena Fugate; children: Henry Tyler and Shelby Lynn Fugate; brother: Dean Fugate; sister: Angelina (Gerald) Marksbury; maternal grandmother: Emmazel Johnson; host of other family members. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2009, at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Charles Shepherd, Carl Slone and Jeffery Combs officiating.
