Jean graduated from the Hamilton High School, Trenton, NJ, Class of 1947. She married James H. Boxell in Columbia City, IN, on July 26, 1952, James preceeded her in death in July 1997.
Jean had worked at Weaver Popcorn, Van Buren, IN and Caylor Nickel Clinic in Bluffton, IN. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crafts. Jean was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was also a member of the Mt. Zion Home Ec. Club and the Busy Bee's Home Ec. Club of Bluffton, IN. Jean was a member of the First Baptist Church, Warren, IN.
