Coroner case 06-6650 VN: On Saturday, August 26, 2006, at about 5:00 PM, Michael DeLaCruz, a 16 year old resident of San Bernardino, operating an off-road motorcycle southbound along State St., approaching the intersection with 9th St., when it collided with a tractor-trailer rig making a left-hand turn (northbound) onto State St. from 9th. San Bernardino City Fire paramedics arrived at the scene and confirmed that the DeLaCruz was dead. San Bernardino Police Department is investigating the accident. [08/26/06 1119 VN]
