He was a member of Winfrey Valley Tabernacle and a farmer.
He was Preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Mary Reed Pense; Sisters, Lydia Perry, Kizzie Henson, Lizzie George; Brothers, Rual, Gilgord, Glen, Edward and Johnie Pense.
He is survived by a twin brother, Loyd Pense of Mount Gaylor, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbears wrte nephews, Don, Ivan, Harold, Jackie and Tommie Pense, and Ray Henson.
Honorary Pallbearers were Ora Provence, Bob Bemrose, Odell Pense and Aaron Pense.
Gravside services was on Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 10:00am. The Reverend Scott Reed, Pastor Eugene Provence and Pastor Roy Biswell were officiating.
Burial was at Pense-Reed Cemetery on Winfrey Valley Road in Mountainburg, Arkansas. Services were provided by Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, Arkansas.
