Peter Apo, 94

Peter Ah Sun Apo, 94, of Makaha, Oahu, and formerly of Maui, died July 14, 2005, on Oahu.

Visitation be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary in Honolulu, with a service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery on Oahu. The family requests aloha attire.

Mr. Apo was born April 29, 1911, in Lahaina. He was a supervisor of stevedores for the U.S. Navy at Pearl Harbor and was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy Construction Battalion, or Seabees.

He is survived by two daughters, Margaret Brennan and Leialoha Perkins; two sons, Peter Apo and Samuel Apo; and 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
