Mary Frances Letimbre was born to Mathurin Letimbre and Elizabeth Renfro in Leesville, Henry Co., Mo.
She married Robert Henry Wright Sept. 29, 1868 in Henry Co., Mo.
The couple traveled by wagon, with their five children, from Missouri to Oregon in about 1878. Settling first in Baker Co., Oregon and then in Bellevue, Blaine Co., Oregon.
The couple had a total of nine children:
Sidonia Blanche, Harry Edwin, Metta Gertrude, John Mathurin, Walter Trusten, Lester St. Clair, Robert Henry, Jacob Arthur and Leslie Clay.
Mary died at the home of her daughter Metta in South Boise and her body was transported by train to Bellevue for burial. She was a lifelong member of the Baptist church.
