Audrey F. (Bender) Drexel, 78, Leesport, passed away on Wednesday evening, Sept. 22, at her residence.
She was born on Oct. 24, 1931, in Reading, a daughter of the late Reuben and Emily (Bowman) Bender.
She was married to Harold A. Drexel Sr., who preceded her in death on Jan.9, 2004.
Audrey worked for many years as a packer at both Luden's and the Bachman Company.
She is survived by one daughter, Theresa J. Millard, Leesport; three sons: Harold A. Drexel Jr., Leesport; Guy C. Drexel, Leesport; and Kerry A. Drexel, Leesport.
Also, surviving is one brother, Reuben Bender, Ariz.; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Bender, and three sisters: Fern Haas, Shirley Bender, and Gloria Moser.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at the Auman Funeral Home, 390 West Neversink Road, Reiffton, where friends may call from noon to 1 p.m.
Interment will be in the Forest Hills Memorial Park.
