Delmas was the son of Claude and Sarah Frances (Moore ) Albertson. He and Helen Ray Runyon were married January 13, 1945 in Mineral Wells, Texas, she survives of the home.
Also surviving are two daughters Helen and Donnie Donoho, and Brenda and Butch Rardon, two sons, Dennis Del and Sharon Alberson, and Daryl Lee and Shirley Albertson, and eight grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Gary Palmer, Phil Bennett, Vince Strange, Wess Epperson, John Barnes, Ed Neptune, and Bernie Shannon.
