Born in Guyana, he was a native of Waldorf, Maryland. An Information Systems Technician Second Class in the United States Navy, he was working in the Pentagon when American Airlines Flight 77 was deliberately crashed into it by Islamic terrorists. He was buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
