OBITUARY: William Kenneth "Bill" DANIELS, 84, of Brunswick, died Thursday, September 24, 2009 at Hospice of The Golden Isles. Graveside rites will be held 11:00 AM Monday, September 28, in Palmetto Cemetery with Rev. Leon Guest officiating.
Born February 15, 1925 in Thomas County Georgia to the late George W. and Mamie Kennedy DANIELS, he was a retired life insurance agent and WWII Army Veteran where he served in the 101st Airborne. Mr. DANIELS was protestant in faith and was an avid fisherman. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Edwina Bray DANIELS and a sister Mary DANIELS.
Survivors include a son, William E. DANIELS and wife Linda of St. Augustine, two daughters, Patti WILCOX and husband Joel and Angie WATERS all of Brunswick, four grandchildren, Aaron DANIELS, Jamie WATERS, Kim WATERS and Joel WILCOX, Jr., six great grandchildren, and a sister Geraldine STEWART and husband Glenn of Winter Haven, FL.
Visitation will be private. Edo Miller and Sons is in charge of arrangements.
