Mrs. Crompton was born on March 11, 1917, in Farrell, the
daughter of George and Lena Coras Moldovan. A homemaker for most of her life, she had worked during World War
II for the former Sharon Transformer Division of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a coil winder.
She was a member of St. Ann's Church in Farrell.
Mrs. Crompton enjoyed baking, reading and playing cards. She was a 50-year member of the Variety girls' card club for more than 50 years. Her husband, David G. "Di"
Crompton, whom she married on July 19, 1947, passed away on June 10, 1991.
She leaves her son, David W. Crompton, and his wife, Patricia, of Hermitage; a sister, Jennie Misik, of Farrell; and a brother, Samuel J. Moldovan, and his wife Barbara, of North Canton, Ohio.
Her husband and two brothers, Charles and George Moldovan, preceded her in death.

9:30 a.m. in the funeral home prior to leaving
for the church.
