Athens, AL - Gladys W. Beavers, 96, of Hobbs Street, died Sunday at the Limestone County Hospital.
The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home in Athens with Robert H. Stegall officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Beavers was a graduate of Florence State Teachers College, a homemaker, a member of the First Christian Church of Athens and was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil L. Beavers.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
