Jodi M. Gallaway Johnson, 35, became an Angel on Saturday, August 21, 2010.

Jodi was born on June 20, 1975 in Chicago, Illinois and grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was first and foremost a very proud Military wife and a firm supporter of the Armed Forces and their family members. The greatest mom, daughter, sister and best friend anybody could ever ask for, Jodi loved to cook for her family. She was very kind hearted and always put others before herself, she wore her heart on her sleeve. She cherished her Angel collection and was a big animal lover, especially of white tigers and monkeys. An avid Northside High School Eagle fan, she loved her Mustang and was passionate about graphic arts. On the weekends, she enjoyed watching NASCAR and going swimming with her family.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband, SMSgt Clarence "Rick" Johnson; son, R.J. Johnson; parents, James Schmenk and Charlene Fisher Gallaway Schmenk; mother-in-law, Linda Johnson; father and mother-in-law, Rusty and Jean Johnson; brother, Robert Gallaway; sister, Jennifer Gallaway; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Nicole Johnson; nephews, Ryan Brennan and Elijah Gallaway; and niece, Kiana Johnson.
