Ray was a trapper for the U.S. government and spent much of his time on the land,He loved to fish and hunt,He was a charter guide to take a groups out to fish in the Sea of Cortez.His last trip the boat overturned, He was able to save his party but died of a heart attack and drowned, The Mexican government found his body and returned it to U.S.A and was given to his wife Maggie and mother. He was loved dearly by his wife Maggie and his step children, He had no other children in his life besides one son Leslie Raymond Allison my grandfather.
