Stafford, Daniel William Adams, 80, died July 14, 1989, at the Stafford District Hospital. Born December 18, 1908 in rural Stafford County, he married Christine Marie Grossardt July 16, 1946 at Stafford. A retired farmer he was a lifetime Stafford resident.
He was a charter member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Stafford, and also a member of the Zenith Prebysterian Church, Zenith. He was a veteran of World War ll.
Survivors: wife, of the home; sister, Leona Schmidt, Stafford; two neices and two nephews.
Funeral will be at 10:30 am Tuesday at the Peacock-Milton Chapel, Stafford, the Revs. Glen O Morford and Leroy Griswold. Burial will be in the Haynesville Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 8 pm today and Monday at the funeral home. Memorials will go to the Leisure Homestead or Stafford District Hospital.
