Edith M. Cornman, 65, of 314 Ford St., Ford City, died Friday, June 2, 1989, at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. She was born April 30, 1924, in Bethel Township, to Conrad and Hazel (Rhine) Rosenberger. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene of Kittanning, and the Home League of the Salvation Army. Surviving are two sons, Ron and Paul Carney, both of Kittanning; one stepson, Rayburn Cornman of Dryden, N.Y.; two step-daughters, Betty Lou Skall of Erie and Mary Catherine Lawlis of Saudi Arabia; one half-brother, Charles Freedline of Kittanning RD6; two half-sisters, Mrs. Leslie (Delores) Dalton of West Kittanning and Mrs. Charles (Millie) Cousins of Ford City; 10 grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and five step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Carney; her second husband, Rayburn Cornman, on May 20, 1989; and one son, Russell Carney, in 1976. CORNMAN - Friends of Edith M. Cornman, 65, of 314 Ford City, who died Friday, June 2, 1989, will be received from noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home of Kittanning, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Mark D. Berry, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawn Haven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Snyder-Crissman
