Charles was the second of sixth children born to Augustine Willman and Victoria Moungie. On the 12 Oct 1895 he married Pauline Bassler and they had five children: Robert, George, Archie, an unknown infant boy and Walter. Charles was a plumber for most of his life and at one point he was the owner of Chas. Willman & Sons plumbing company. He died of uremia at the age of 72.
