Mrs. Minnie Archer

Mrs. Minnie Archer, 85, of Rt. 1 Guysville, O., died yesterday morning in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

Born in Doddridge county, she was a daughter of the late John I. and Alice Chapman Gaston. She was a member of the Lotteridge United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, John Archer; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Iris) Warner of Athens, O., and Naomi Archer, at home, one son, Russell Archer of Guysville; two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Allen of Coolville, O., and Mrs. Lennan Townsend of Parkersburg; three brothers, T. W. and Ira Gaston, both of Athens, O. and Charles Gaston of Tampa, Fla.; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one infant son, two brothers, one sister and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the White Funeral Home, Coolville, with the Rev. Walter A. Frost officiating. Burial will be in the Coolville cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today.
