Survived by daughter, Loretta Smith; sons, Steve and Mike Hooper; grandchildren, Doug and Rick Smith, John, Robin, Shane, Bryan and Cody Hooper and Stacy Smith; nine great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was held Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Holland officiating. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
