She apparently remarried (based on Civil War pension for Virgil's service), but was recorded as Mary J. Gray in that record, in 1930 Census, Aurora, and her own death record.

Mary Jane Gray married Daniel Webster Tyrrell on 23 March 1909 in Stephenson Co., Illinois. He was also a Civil War vet. In 1920 Census, DeKalb, DeKalb, IL he was recorded as widowed. He died 10 Jan 1929 in DeKalb (his parents names were given as Manlius Tyrrell and Esther Gray, his wife Sarah, in death record), and he was buried in St. Charles. He married Sarah Akin in 1870 in Kane Co., IL.
