Lillian C. Hamel, 91, died Sunday, July 1,
2001, in Greensboro Nursing Home following a period of declining health. She was born in Stowe on April 6, 1910, the daughter of Bertran and Hazel(Seymour) Campbell. Lillian was the wife of Howard R. Delano, who predeceased
her in 1948. In 1962, Lillian was married to Arthur Hamel, who predeceased her in 1983. Lillian is survived by two daughters, Barbara J. Tomlinson of Morrisville and Mrs. Stephen (Elaine H.) Boyajian of Burlington; a sister,
Margaret Campbell; and a brother, Benjamin Campbell, both of Morrisville; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Lillian was also predeceased by a son, Wallace R. Delano, in 1963. Graveside
funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, in Pleasant View Cemetery in Morrisville.
