Lori Sara Frazier, 18, of Rockford, died Saturday May 4, 1996, in Rockford Memorial Hospital Emergency Room as a result of an automobile accident. Born Dec 13, 1977, in Kremmling, Colorado, the daughter of Thomas J. Frazier and Mary Stone Frazier, Lived 16 1/2 years in Rockford, coming here from Brenkenridge, Colorado. She was employed as a teller by TCF Bank at North Main Street and Halsted Road. Also she had been a waitress for Top Hat Restaurant and worked in the studio at Olan Mills Photography. Member of Second Congregational Church where she helped in the Sunday school department. Graduate of Boylan Catholic High School Class of 1995, and a former member of the Boylan High School Pom Squad. She loved doing art work and was an ice skater at Riverview Ice House. Survivors include her mother Mary Stone Frazier of Rockford, father Thomas J. Frazier of Breckenridge; grandfather, Marshall "Bud" Stone of Rockford; grandparents, James and Peggy Frazier of Louisville, Ky; aunt and uncle, Suzy Stone Myers and Husband Bob Myers of Mission Biejo California, aunt Tania Frazier of Chicago; cousins Becky and Ryan Myers of Mission Viejo; godparents Terry and Mike Roschak of Breckenridge; and many special friends. Predeceased by grandmother Sara Stone in 1994 who Lori is laid to rest next to.
