John Allen Mull was married twice. Mary Melvina Melton was his first wife, and she would have died in 1891. His Granddaughter (my grandmother) remembered that he never lived down the fact that he married his second wife - Sara Magdalena Watson - within weeks of the death of his first wife. Sarah had helped take care of Vinah during her sickness and this was a huge scandal. Mack Raymond Mull was the first child born to John Allen and Sarah Watson - all the children who came before were children of John and Melvina.

It is Sarah Watson Mull who is buried at Rocky Branch, NOT Melvina Melton Mull. I replace the flowers there regularly. John Allen Mull is between his son Mack Raymond and his wife, Sarah Watson Mull, and HER PARENTS, George and Nancy Watson. Prior to John Allen Mull's death, the Mulls were buried at Green Hill, so I would imagine that is where Melvina is, unless she's in the Melton Cemetery in Jackson Co where her mother is supposed to be. But Rocky Branch didn't really get going until later in the 1890's, so it's very unlikely she's here.
