Mr Ammon was employed with Robbins and Myers with 42 years of service with them. He retired in 1976. He was a member of the United Brethren in Christ Church.
Survivors include his wife, Corbra, two sons, Jack Holton of Worthington and Paul Holton of Ovon Hill, Maryland, two daughters, Nrs Jeanne Sutton, Springfield and Mrs Ruth Ann Beck, New York City, seven grandchildren and one nephew
His body was taken to the Jackson Lytle and Coffman Funeral Home where friends may call from 3-5 and 7 to 9PM Wednesday. Services will be held there at 1:30 PM Thursday in charge of the Rev. Matt Blatton. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
