Brigham City - Anne Barbara Jean Abel, 26, while in the arms of her loving husband, she returned peacefully to her Father in Heaven, on April 2, 2003, after having a long hard battle with Cancer.

She fought a courageous, valiant battle with her family by her side.

She never lost her loving charitable attitude for others even when she struggled, she was always more concerned about the welfare of those around her.

She touched everyone she came in contact with and was deeply loved by all her nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own children, they loved to stay at Aunt Anne‚s home more than their own.

Anne was born June 6, 1976 in Aberdeen, Scotland a daughter of Allan Inglis and Dorothy Campbell Watt.

She married her sweetheart Chad Dennis Abel on March 29, 1997 in Dundee, Scotland.

Anne was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She had been a primary teacher and served as primary secretary.

She worked at Shopko at the service desk.

Surviving are her husband, Chad, Brigham City; sister; Beth Murphy; father; Allan Inglis Watt; sisters; Rae Watt, Susan Watt, Dorothy Watt, and brother; Brian (Gillian) Watt, Dundee, Scotland; father and mother-in-law; Dennis and Karen Abel; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Alicia & Scott Singleton; nieces; Raonaid Watt, Taylor Watt; Gabrille Watt, Bailey Singleton; nephews; Connan Watt, Harris Watt, Rael Watt, Zacharey Singleton, McKade Singleton & Keelan Singleton.

She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Allan Watt and Auntie Jean Miller.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brigham City 7th Ward Chapel, 523 North 100 West, Brigham City.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Mortuary.

Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Anne Abel donation account at Zions Bank, 98 North Main, Brigham City.
