She was born on June 05, 1919 in Baltimore, where she was raised.
Rose served in the Women's Army Air Corps during WWII.
Rose was self-employed for over 50 years as a beautician. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, aerobic dancing, and formerly enjoyed bowling. She loved her dogs.
She was a member of American Legion Post 175 Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl McKenna, who died in WWII; her former husband, Hobart M. Kelley, who died in 1975, her late parents, Frank and Mary Bradley; her late sisters, Ethel Barranco and Mildred Swindell; and her late brother, Frank Bradley of Naples, FL.
Survivors include her son, Charles "Brad" Kelley of Severna Park and her grandson, Charles "Bradley" Kelley, II of Glen Burnie.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Hwy, 21146. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Brooklyn.
