David Earl Cruckshank, 77, retired employee of the Coquille city water department, died in Myrtle Point Dec. 23. He was a resident of Myrtle Point at the time of his death. Mr. Cruckshank was born May 22, 1892 in Saginaw, Mich., and had been a resident of Coos county since 1919. Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Myrtle Point Chapel with the Rev. W. A. Briggs of the Myrtle Point Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park. Surviving are his widow, Sylvia of Myrtle Point, and a brother, T. J. Cruckshank of Coos Bay.
