Wilbert Workman died Sunday at the home of a son, Merle, 1406 South Road, Garrett, of complications. Born in Hastings, Nebraska on February 1, 1883, the son of Isaac and Eliza Workman, he had lived in this community most of his life. He was a retired farmer and had been a janitor at the Garrett High School for eight years. He was married March 4, 1913 in Delphi, Ind. to Emma E. Michael, who died January 18, 1959. Surviving are three sons, Merle and Kenneth of Garrett and Carl of Avilla; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral Tuesday at McKee Funeral Home in Garrett. Burial, Embry Cemetery
