August Balder in 1899 in Minnesota. August's first wife Mary Lutzins had died
sometime between Jun 1890 and 1899 in Minnesota.

Irwin/Irving and Margaret. (August also had 3 children from his first marriage).
He died in 1927 in Benton County, MN.
Mary, her daughter Margaret Balder Blades and Margaret's two young children
Rosemary and Josephine were killed in a landslide that buried all the homes in
the valley of South Bend Feb 26, 1932.
