William H. Brice, 66, retired textile operator, died yesterday at his home, 2 Gregory Street, Sason, following a short illness.
Mr. Brice was a life-long resident of the county.
He was a member of the Saxon Mill Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife. Mrs. Caldonia Collins Brice of Saxon; three daughters, Mrs. Annie Freeman of greer, Mrs. Florece Robertson of Henrietta, N. C., and Mrs. Myrtle Bush of Spartanburg; two sons,Elmer and Charlie Brice, both of Spartanburg; 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3:30 o'clockat the Inman Baptist Church. The Rev. J. E. Lehman will officiate, and internment will be in Inman Cemetery. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
The body will remain at the home until the hour of service.
The J. F. Floyd Mortuary is in charge of Arrangements.
