Nancy Lee Weaver Barnhart, 80, beloved wife, mother and devoted grandma and great-grandma, of Stuarts Draft, passed away Tuesday (May 5, 2009) at the Augusta Medical Center in Fishersville.

Born January 5,1929 in Augusta County, she was the daughter of the late Jason H. Sr. and Marie Martin Weaver.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Roy Barnhart on July 14, 2006 and a brother, Jason (J.H.) Weaver, Jr. on December 5, 2008.
Survivors include a son, William Paul Barnhart and his wife, Cheeri, of Rickreall, Ore., three daughters, Patsy Ruth Barnhart of Ruckersville, Phyllis Barnhart Emery and her husband, Dave, of Pigeon Forge, TN., Bonnie Barnhart Shoemaker, and her husband, Craig of Harrisonburg, two brothers, Elwood D. Weaver and his wife, Ruth, of Harrisonburg, Ralph L. Weaver, and his wife, Beverly of Lyndhurst, two sisters, Charlene Kiser and Lorene Suter and her husband Jerrel, all of Stuarts Draft, five grandchildren, Timothy Shoemaker, and his wife Tama Shoemaker, Kristin Shoemaker, Eliza Barnhart, Ellie Barnhart and a great granddaughter, Jordyn Shoemaker as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Following a private family burial, a memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 9, 2009 at the Stuarts Draft Mennonite Church with Pastor Brett Perrett and Charles Ramsey officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Friday, May 8, 2009 at Stuarts Draft Mennonite Church.
