Mrs. Lana Kay Stewart was born to the union of Arneta and James H. Mack, Sr. in Fresno, California on January 24, 1956. She was educated and received her early religious training in Fresno.

Kay was a devoted mother, daughter, friend and neighbor. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Kay was preceded in death by her son, Jermaine Neal Mack. She departed this life on April 11, 2000 in Fresno, at the age of 44 years.

Lana Kay Stewart leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Arneta Mack [Fresno, CA]; father, James H. Mack, Sr. [Amarillo, TX]; her two daughters, Sonia Dorsey and Danisha Fisher; one son, Wayne Medley; her sisters: Shirley Walton, Barbara Mack, Patricia Mack, Sally Mack Parks, Doris Cole, Linda Mack, Janice Ligons and Jennifer Mack [all of Fresno, CA]; her brothers, James H. Mack, Jr. [Atlanta, GA]; Henry Mack [Sacramento, CA]; Lawrence Mack, Steve Mack, Charles Mack, Jimmy Mack, Earl Mack, Terry Mack, Falcon Levingston [all of Fresno, CA], and Gerald Arreola [Monterey, CA]. Kay also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers: Ronnie Mack, Steve Mack, Jimmy Mack, Charles Mack, Steve Mack, II, and Rueben Parks.

Honorary Pallbearers: Gerald Arreola, Cornell Cole, III, Alfred "J.J." Arrington, Jr. and Floyd Ray.
