She was born on October 24,1925 in Eckford Township to Kearney Holloween and Della Beatrice [Radle] Bushong.
Married Charles Tobias on 3/31/1946 West Eckford Church, Eckford, Michigan.
Ruth graduated from High School in 1944.
Attended Wilder Creek School through eight grade.
Lived with the Schuler Family of Marshall.
She worked at the Albion Bus Station,and Cliffords Taxi and Delivery service.
Ruth was also an Avon Representative for over 27 years.
She sold merchandise at Flea Markets in Marshall, Mi and Shipshewana, In with her husband. She was a past member of the Rebekah Lodge. She enjoyed crochet, flower gardens, puzzles, and sewing.
She especially enjoyed Sunday Family Dinners.

One son: Charles
eight grandchildren
six and half great grandchildren
