Linda Kay (Roebling) Clymer,69, passed away Sunday, (September 20, 2009). She was born in New Milford, daughter of the late Merton and Ruth Roebling. She had resided in Manchester since 1961. Linda graduated from the University of Connecticut and taught high school in South Windsor and Windsor Locks before her retirement. Linda is survived by a sister, Jane R. Bennitt of East Hartford; a nephew James Bennitt and his wife Frances and their children James and Joshua all of North Haven; and a niece Jane B. Nowak and her husband Richard of Wallingford. Linda's family will receive callers on Tuesday, Sept. 29th from 9:15 a.m. at the Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, until the 11 a.m. Funeral Service at All Saint's Episcopal Church, 444 Hills St., East Hartford, CT. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Linda's honor to All Saint's Church.
