Fondly called "Hattie" Harriet lived first in New Bedford,Ma then Hudson NJ then NYC with her mother and siblings then Danbury, CT until she met her only husband Charles Decosta Brown Jr. of NYC son of Dr. Charles Decosta and Maria L. Knorr Brown. The marriage occurred 11 Nov 1903 in Morris County NJ. Theirs was a childless union. Hattie and Charles lived many of their later years in St. Petersberg, FL where Charles predeceased her on the 18 of Jan 1931. Hattie moved to Brookfield no doubt to live with or near her brother Walter H. Lovell.
