He was born April 28, 1916, in Cleburne, to the late Pearce and Vida Massey Gee. He was a 1935 graduate of Yoakum high School. He served in the U.S. Army, 111th ordinance during World War II and served in the European Theater of Operations. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic School in 1950 and began practice in Yoakum. He was a member of Texas Chiropractic College Alumni Association, American Chiropractic Association, Texas State Chiropractic Association, District 12 Chiropractic Association and Parker Research Foundation. He was a member of Masonic Lodge, Order of Eastern Star, American Legion and First United Methodist Church.
