After 43 years of wandering, a Franklin County terrapin has come home for a visit, which promises to be a long one in the custody of seven-year-old RUSSELL DYER, it was reported here today. The boy a few days ago found the strange visitor wearing the date 1887 and the name of his great grandfather, MORGAN RAMSEY, carved on its back. The terrapin had returned to the same farm where it was labeled over two score years ago.
