She lived in Richmond, VA, and is survived by three daughters, Ruth Cokes Giles and her husband, Thornton, and Joyce & Theresa Alston; two sons, Richard Alston and Gerard Alston and his wife, Bertha; two nieces, Delise & Madeline Royster; two nephews, Gregory & Howard Royster; grandchildren; great-grandchildren, and other relatives.
